
Our Code of Conduct defines how business is conducted at Zencon. It was first established in 2015 and will be revised and updated every five years.
We promote ethical business practices, fair treatment of all employees and a commitment to creating safe, healthy workplaces. Likewise, we protect and care for the environment and are constantly striving to reduce our environmental footprint.
Employees and our solution partners are expected to adhere to the Code of Conduct. This includes taking action if one believes there is a breach of the code. By doing this, we can ensure that Zencon remains a strong, ethical company.
