Zero Loss-Making Projects

“We value financial success.”

Construction is a complex business. We win at it through creative use of our knowledge and our ability to overcome obstacles and deliver top results for clients and for Zencon.

But each client has different expectations and each project is unique, so if we fail to manage risk, we can lose everything.

Zero Environmental Incidents

“We value our environment and supporting the communities in which we work.”

Despite local and global regulations, construction still consumes large quantities of natural resources and contributes to green house gases and pollution. So when planning and implementing projects, we look for smart solutions for sourcing and using energy and materials and for protecting ecosystems and limiting local impact.

How we protect our environment?

Ask questions
Influence the choice of materials whenever you can
Be innovative
Be careful
Recycle
Turn off machines when they are not needed
Keep upon the latest environmental research so you can find new ways of protecting our soil, people, water and air.

Zero Accidents

“We value the safety and the well being of people”
green-building

We are relentless in our approach to prevent each and every accident as we believe that every incident, and therefore every occupational injury and illness, is preventable.

On the job
Every one of our colleagues—as well as our partners and subcontractors—has stop-work authority. If it’s not safe, we don’t do it. We reinforce this philosophy through a combination of technical field procedures, ongoing training.

Zero Ethical Breaches

“We value the safety and integrity.”
No matter where we are or how other companies achieve their goals, we uphold international and local competition laws and promote fair business practices. We also have very firm policies with regard to discrimination, harassment and unfair treatment on the job.

Zero Defects

“We value the performance excellence and quality.”

Quality work reduces cost, improves schedule, and, in doing so, satisfies our customers. We believe in achieving quality by making solid decisions based on facts, identifying issues before they occur, promptly fixing problems should they materialize, and inspiring every person on a project to “do it right the first time.”
